Lucas Oil NARA DirtCar Series Announces VP Racing Fuels As "Official" Fuel and Title Sponsor of All "Live" Internet Broadcasts for 2005
Lexington, KY (February 5, 2005)- Spencer Wilson, Series Director of the Lucas Oil NARA DirtCar Series, has reached an agreement with VP Racing Fuels, Inc. to be the "Official Fuel" of the Lucas Oil NARA DirtCar Series, O'Reilly Auto Parts Battle of the Bluegrass Series and the NARA Open Wheel Modified Series for 2005. In addition, VP Racing will be the title sponsor of all "Live" Internet Broadcasts and a contingency sponsor for all three series under the umbrella of the NARA organization.
"The sponsorship package that VP Racing and NARA have put together will be tremendous for everyone involved. The contingency programs that are a part of this package will benefit the racers and give them additional incentives to race on the NARA Series in 2005,” stated Spencer Wilson. "The folks at VP are making a huge commitment to the NARA organization for 2005 and want to be a part of our program for the long term.”

As the "Official Fuel," VP will offer racers in all three series a contingency program that will greatly benefit the racers directly. Although its “Official Fuel” sponsorship does not require racers to run VP’s fuels exclusively in any of the three series in 2005, racers will be required to use VP’s fuels to be eligible for its contingency programs. VP’s sponsorship will also offer benefits to drivers in each series in the form of awards at each series year-end banquet for 2005.
With title sponsorship secured for the "Live" Internet broadcasts, the Lucas Oil NARA DirtCar Series will be available to fans and racers who are unable to attend a series sanctioned event to listen "Live" as the action happens. The Lucas Oil NARA DirtCar Series is projected to broadcast 20-25 events "Live" in 2005.
