I am thinking of buying an aerosol paint can filling system and I need to know how much of a demand there will be for this. I know on my chassis I cannot find spray can color to match when doing touch-up work, so i'm forced to use a brush or get out the spray gun which then needs to be taken apart and cleaned.

If this is something you might be interested in please respond with your thoughts.
 
For me its cheaper to pull the gun out,,im a painter ...the cost of havin it put into cans is from 6 to 8 bucks a can,plus the cost of the paint ,,,,, so its not to cost freindly , JMO!!!!
 
I know many racers use standard colors on their chassis but for ones that have those odd and wild colors you would be able to have your left over paint put into spray bombs. I know myself this would be very handy when you need to paint a new bumber or do some touchup before a sponsor showing or car show. The other advantage to this is by putting it into spray cans it will last longer and not dry up in your quart or gallon can because the lid does not seal anymore.

I have done some checking around and the cheapest I found was $6.00 a can and the highest was $10.50 per can with a 3 can minimum. I haven't got a set cost yet and not trying to make a butt load of money off this but I fiqure it would cost somewhere around $4.00 to $5.00 per can.
 
WE WENT TO NAPA AND HAD PAINT MIXED UP IN GALLON SIZE FOR THE PAINTING, AND WE ARE GOING TO BUY THEIR TOUCH-UP KIT THAT ALLOWS YOU TO USE THE PAINT FROM THE GALLON CONTAINER AND PUT INTO THIS TOUCH UP SPRAYER, VERY CHEAP TO BUY(UNDER 20 BUCKS)AND SAVES YOU THE HASSLE OF CLEANING THE GUN EVERY TIME. NAPA WILL HAVE A LIST OF PAINT COLORS AND YOU CAN HAVE THAT MATCHING PAINT MADE UP IN A COUPLE OF DIFFERENT SIZES. CALL THEM AND CHECK IT OUT, I THINK IT IS A GOOD DEAL..

I HAVE ACUSTOM COLOR ON MY CHASSIS WHICH THEY MATCHED PERFECTLY, AND THIS STUFF GOES ON LIKE GLASS. COST IS ABOUT $10 PER CAN WITH NO MINIMUM. CALL 277-1300, AND ASK FOR KEVIN. THEY CAN MAKE ANY COLOR, AND YOU WON'T
