Just wanted to let all POWRi fans know that we are starting a new POWRi Fan Club which will have certain advantages for those who sign up at POWRi races. We had the first sign-up at Duquoin on March 27 and started off with 57 members. Thanks to all who stopped by and let us know that they enjoy the POWRi races and are great fans.
Members will get an emailed Newsletter monthly beginning in April which will have articles about some of the POWRi racers and personnel in addition to news and views on races and events on the schedule. We will also try to get late schedule changes to members via email and keep everyone up to date.
Another news note is that we have a new Apparel/Souvenir Trailer in the works and hope to have a Grand Opening soon. The Apparel Trailer will be race central for the POWRi Fan Club (not to be confused with the St. Louis Auto Racing Fan Club--two diffferent clubs) and members can pick up a hard copy of the newsletter at the trailer if they don't have email.
The POWRi Fan Club head honcho at this time is Wanda Knepper (yes, the same one) so stop by and say hello--sign up for the new POWRi Fan Club and check out the Apparel Trailer.
