Macon, IL---Macon Speedway has announced that the previously rained out Night of Nascar Stars II will be rescheduled for Monday, July 5. The speedway’s owners will all be in attendance to sign autographs from 4:30-5:30 including Tony Stewart, Ken Schrader and Kenny Wallace. The racing action which will feature the POWRi Speedway Motors National Midgets & 600cc Outlaw Micro Sprints plus UMP Modifieds and UMP Street Stocks with the program beginning at 6 pm. All tickets previously purchased for the Night of Nascar Stars II that was to be held on June 15 will be honored.
Brad Loyet of Sunset Hills, MO leads the POWRi Speedway Motors National Midget point standings after winning two of the last three events. Loyet is followed by Austin Brown, two time POWRi champ Brad Kuhn, Zach Daum and 2009 POWRi Rookie of the Year Andrew Felker rounding out the top five in points. Felker is also leading the POWRi Speedway Motors 600cc Outlaw Micro Sprint point standings with a slim margin over Jeremy Camp of Blue Mound, IL. Following Felker and Camp is three time POWRi champ Derek King, Joe B. Miller and Brandon Graybeal.
