OFFICIAL STATEMENT FROM U.M.P. REGARDING STACKER 2/XTREME DIRT CAR SERIES

United Midwestern Promoters is pleased to join forces with NVE Pharmaceuticals/ Stacker 2 and be an integral part of their participation in and continued commitment to the motorsports' community. We look forward to building upon the relationship that was created by Stacker 2 and the Xtreme Dirt Car Series and infuse the best that U.M.P. has to offer to help unite the dirt late model scene and create a racing program that is unparalleled. Many of the nation's top dirt late model teams compete in the Xtreme Dirt Car Series and we welcome them and look forward to uniting their talent with that of our U.M.P.
loyalists as they square off for some of the best dirt racing in the nation. We are currently finalizing transitory rules and protocols for the remainder of the 2004 racing season and will make additional announcements regarding this topic and our plans for the 2005 season in the near future.
