W&W Concrete to Sponsor Hard Charger Award
BATESVILLE AR. The O'Reilly Auto Parts Mid-America Racing Series announces the sponsorship of the series hard charger program by W&W Concrete of Grove, Oklahoma. W&W Concrete will provide $1,000 to go to the driver that accumulates the most hard charger points throughout the season, but with a stipulation.
Charlie and Margaret Williams, owners of W&W Concrete have a stipulated that the award can't go to a driver that finishes in the Top 5 in final series points "Mooney Starr has put together one of the best point funds anywhere, and the guys that finish in the top five are going to get a pretty good sum of money. We want our award to go to somebody that finishes outside of the top five. That $1,000 should go to a driver that won't win quite so much in the point fund," stated Williams.
The W&W Concrete Hard Charger Award at the year end banquet will bump down to the driver with the most hard charger points that does not finish in the top five of overall series points.
