GRANITE CITY, IL (June 3) – The O’Reilly World of Outlaws Series will return to Illinois to make up races postponed by rain June 22-23.

The series’ fire-breathing, mudslinging sprint car racing teams will return to Tri-City Speedway June 22nd. "The greatest show on dirt" will return to Farmer City Speedway’s high-banked, ¼-mile oval June 23rd.

Steve Kinser won his 22nd "A" Feature at Tri-City Speedway the last time the O’Reilly World of Outlaws Series ran at Granite City’s semi-banked, ½-mile oval, on May 11, 2002. Stevie Smith survived a mid-race collision with Tim Shaffer and went on to win the June 7, 2002, main event at Farmer City’s high-banked, ¼-mile oval.
