The Performance Racing Industry Trade Show this past weekend in Orlando
FL certainly proved successful for 2006 Fastrak Late Model National
Champion "Hot Rod" Lamance of Six Mile SC taking home more than $80,000
in cash and prizes.

The "prestige" of being the National Champion of the Fastrak Racing
Series has proved to be a valuable asset of manufacturers and sponsors
as companies added contingencies continuously up until and during the
PRI show.

Even after the show offers are still coming in to LaMance. "I actually
turned down several deals said Lamance. I had previous commitments on
several products and of course continued to be loyal to those people but
thanks goes out to all the people that offered us help. I know I turned
down over $5000 worth of contingencies because of previous commitments.
I'm not sure if anyone realized what the full "impact" of being the
Fastrak National Champion really would be until the show. Having my car
in the booth was an incredible asset".

LaMance later stated, "I just want everyone to know that I am a part of
Fastrak and Fastrak is a part of me. I truly look forward to
representing the series as the National Champion during the 2007 racing
season and if anyone questions the credibility of Fastrak, my $50,000 is
in the bank".

Quoted from wife of LaMance ,Teresa. "I'm just excited. I had fun
meeting everyone at PRI and talking with them. When someone asked what I
thought about Fastrak it was really very simple. Racing with Fastrak has
made racing fun again. The atmosphere is just different racing in this
series. We have raced in other series all over the country but here, it
really is fun. We have made a lot of friends this year and you aren't
under the pressure of having a $40,000 engine. Not being under that
pressure allows you to have fun with all the people you meet.

Having our car in the booth at the PRI show was great. Being the
National Champion of Fastrak really has become very prestigious. We
would have never met all the people we did had our car not been there
and we got an incredible amount of sponsorship because of it".

" Hot Rod will be a great National Champion" said series founder Stan
Lester. "Hot Rod and Teresa are a great asset to Fastrak. This is a real
racing family. They truly represent what Fastrak has been about from day
one. Less expensive, larger points fund, more of a family atmosphere and
just simply having fun again.

Drivers have called from all over the country and I think everyone will
be surprised to see the caliber of teams that will be competing for the
2007 National Championship . We have finally made it over the hump. Its
been a long, long battle sometimes,, but I think now, everyone can see
Fastrak is here to stay".
