Introducing the PCRA touring series for 2011! Mark Voigt and his wife Deane have been avid in dirt racing for the past 30 years and for 2011 have decided to dive into race promoting. Mark's dirt late model experiences couple with continued support of family and friends has driven him to take the next step into putting on the best crate late model touring series in the Midwest.
Being very budget conscious, the Voigts want to reach out to drivers that have the same values, goals and concerns that they do from week to week. With these endeavors in mind, Mark and Deane have a goal to gather resources in order to promote a professional, organized and racer friendly Crate Late Model Touring Series.
The general premise for the racing series is to be based out of the St. Louis Metro area and work off of a successful racing formula put forth by other Crate racing series throughout the Southern and Eastern parts of the country. The Voigts goals are to gather a conglomerate of well recognized and respected racing facilities and put on a 20 race tour that will draw the best Crate Late Model racers in the area.
