Quincy Raceways started the points racing season Sunday night with four feature winners. Mark Burgtorf, Vance Wilson, Bobby Cookson and Eddie Dieker started their chase to the Track Points Championship by taking feature event wins.

Mark Burgtorf drew they pole position for the first night of points racing in the Budweiser IMCA Late Model feature event and held off the challenges of Boone McLaughlin for 30 laps to take the checkered flag. McLaughlin stayed with the 11 time track champion through the first 27 laps and put the pressure on after a caution flag for the spin of Brian Kenning. McLaughlin challenged for the lead for the remaining 3 laps but Burgtorf made the high line work to take the victory with McLaughlin settling for second. Mike Karhoff scored third followed by Brent Slocum in fourth and Denny Woodworth in fifth. Slocum, Woodworth and Lonnie Bailey had real battle for the last few laps with Bailey settling for sixth. Karhoff, McLaughlin and Bailey were the heat race winners with Woodworth taking the win in the Summy Tire and Auto Center Trophy Dash.

The finish of the Miller Lite A-Modified feature event was a real duel as Vance Wilson grabbed the lead away from Michael Long on the checkered flag lap to take a close win over Long in second and Robby Warner in third. Brandon Lennox and Danny Lake rounded out the top 5. Henry Delonjay and Long were the heat race winners.

Bobby Cookson made his outside front row starting spot pay off in the B-Modified feature event as he led every lap of the caution flag filled race. The B-Mods completed only 11 laps of the schedule 20 lapper with Cookson claiming the win over Jim Leffew in second, Wyatt Lance in third, Joe Hooper in fourth and Terry Houston in fifth. Leffew, Cookson and Tony Dunker grabbed the checkered flags in the heat races with Dunker taking the win in the P&S Auto and Truck Collision Repair Trophy Dash.

Eddie Dieker started the Bomber feature event on the outside of row 4 and worked his way to the top spot on the tenth lap of the time limited 14 lapper. Dieker held off the competition from Brandon Wear and Craig Spilker to take his first points win of the season. Wear settled for second with Spilker in third, Brent Chapman in fourth and Adam Birck in fifth. Jarrod Richie, Spilker and Wear were the heat race winners.
