MEOW---PPPFFFFFFSSSSTT!!!
I just got an automated email from the track says it's been sold. Anyone have any info? The website has nothing on it and the message board is empty.

Nevermind!!! Millsey beat me to it !!!! :)

Got 1 To!!!!!!!!

 Got one to Millsey,I think Keith just sold his part out and just wanted to retire for awhile. Hope that's all:( Husband was planning on racing down there but who knows what is going to happen now. The "Rock" doesn't look good at this time and it's a shame. If you find out any more Please post it. "Racing 2005" isn't off to a very good start at present time it's Red Flagged. I'm sure it will turn around and the dust will fly.:D

Keith sent me another short email saying it was bought so that "he" could retire and be with his kids. They are having some difficulties working out details on their website though. Good luck to Keith though no matter what he does. He's always been extremely nice to me whether he was a driver, car owner or track promoter...

I'm glad he sold out. My son raced at PBS 3 nights. One night got rained out,
the other two he got a raw deal both nights. We quit going to PBS because of the rules that didn't apply to every one. We liked the facility but not management. If Keith is not associated with the track, we will try it again.

Keith was bought out by his partner, Shon, Shaun, Shawn, (there were a couple different spellings of his name) Stuart.

Can't Please All

 You know you can't Please All the fans, drivers and workers any where, place or time. It's every where at every track!!!! Keith has always been nice and can't be at all places at one time. I think he has done a great job at "PBS" Talk to any racer and it's a racing deal,STUFF HAPPENS! Just because things didn't go your way doesn't mean it's BADDDDDD !!Most racers DEAL with it and go on!Look at Nascar-it's not Perfect!;)

Rumors

Rumor is that Play Day will be March 12 and the first race will be March 19. Also the only rule changes I believe is that there will be no racing back to the caution.

Yes, definitely a good change. Last year, I went there to race, and a modified hit the wall coming out of turn 2. The driver was unconscious and it took them 3 laps to get the cars stopped so that the ambulance could get to him. Fortunately the driver was alright, but the outcome could have been much worse. I think that the change will be good for all concerned. Good change, and ..................................

That's right stuff does happen and we take our lumps just like others do. But when a promoter set his rules he should stick to them and not make new rules for his favorites as the year goes. If new rules are made they should apply to everyone at the same time. As long as there is an HONEST effort to make all rules apply to everyone there is not a problem. We run at five different tracks last year and did not encounter any problems at the other four.

Sounds to me like you will only be racing four tracks next year. If you cant get a win handed to you run from it maybe they will beg someone like you to come back (yeah right they dont need anymore crybabies)! Take it or leave it sounds like your gonna leave it. Cowboy up big boy go out and get one earned not handed to you like everyone else. :)

We do not look for any one to hand us a win. In fact, we don't expect to win, we just want to run well and have a good time. I have not taught my sons to cheat, but at the same time we are not going to put up with someone trying to crap on us. We are fortunate enough that we don't have to run at a place that does not follow it's own rules. Now that PBS has changed hands, we will try it again with a new outlook. Best of luck to Shon. And by the way we will be running more than four tracks this year!!!
