question bout ump tire rules for 2005

in 2005 it says ump will be switching to the LM 20 and LM 40 compound tires does this mean the current emod tires will no longer be useable?? or is this just for late models.

i heard a rumor

i also heard that mods are only going to be aloud to run on A and H tires too is that true? or if you know where i can check this out let me know.
