Question for Mr. Dearing

In the picture page from Kentucky, there is a yellow car with a twenty one on it. It also has Petroff towing on the front Quarter panel. It also looke like it says Moyer in the two. Is that Billy Moyer's car or someone else. Thanks for the pictures.

The yellow 21 looked like an older car that Moyer unloaded and they rolled it over to someone else's pit area and loaded it on an open trailer. My only guess is it was a car that Moyer had sitting and sold it. He was apparently just delivering the car to someone at Kentucky Lake. He had the yellow and black car there to race.
