Racewidow injured in work accident

Ok folks, get out the get well soon cards... Racewidow was knocked off the top of a ladder while at work today seriously injuring her ankle. She's alright, just a badly sprained ankle, but to have somebody knock you off a ladder at work.... OH MY!!! ESPECIALLY RACEWIDOW...... That guy's life is going to be a living HELL.... LOL

She's probably relieved it's not during racing season.:D :D :D

Hey, now your not supposed to try to fly Tracy. Only birds do that... its a good thing it wasn't ur butt though or your back, tailbone, etc. might be hurt. I hope you recover quickly...

She's got to stay at her house with her leg elevated.. She said she was going to be extremely bored over the holiday so if you can give her a call and just check on her and say "hi" I'm sure she would appreciate it.

Is she going to be compensated for her time off?? If not..let us all know..please. Dont know her personally..but..she's a fellow stl person..and friend to many here. We can take up a collection if needed. Let us know..thanks. Hope she gets better soon.

Thanks, everyone!! I've finally gotten out and about and found a computer (the walls were closing in). Thanks for the nice thoughts and well wishes, they are all very sweet. As for the time off, I'm going back to work on Monday (you can't keep me down long - lol), so there'll be no real time off. I can tell you, though - walking around on crutches again really stinks!

As far as "climbing the ladder", I'm already up top, so no need to do any more climbing - lol. No, really, I was putting up '03 boxes & stuff and someone thought they'd be cute and jiggle the ladder - down I went. Boy, he feels bad now!!! Lesson learned - let the guys do it for me next time.

Anytime..i know how being off work can affect you and your life..and we are all kinda a big bunch of dirt heads here..lol. Good to hear ya going back to work..hint though..next time you climb a ladder..wear a skirt..they wont jiggle it then..trust me!(ok..ok..that was bad..sorriez...:) Glad to hear all is better.
