I'm just drawn that way..
In a moment of weakness, I have agreed to wear a chicken suit all night one night at Fredericktown Raceway IF we are able to raise 500 pounds of food for the Madison County Food Pantry. Last year we raised 383 pounds and I believe around $300-400. My goal is to top that and hopefully blow past that the first night of the food drive.
We will start collecting non-perishible foods and cash donations starting the first Friday in June and will continue throughout the month.
If we reach that goal, I have agreed to wear a chicken suit all night at the track. I will run the tower in said suit and will be available during pre-race and during intermission for photos to be taken for small cash donations. (good ribbings will last a lifetime)
Wish me luck, I may just need it.
I also remember Canterberry saying something about putting me in a kart for a couple laps around the track, too, so it could end up being quite embarassing (but for a good cause) for me!
