a big weekend ahead of them, as they are slated to compete in two Dirt Late
Model events over the upcoming weekend. They will invade the Brownstown
Speedway in Brownstown, Indiana this Saturday, April 1, for the ninth annual
‘Indiana Icebreaker.’ The Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series will sanction
the $10,000 to win event at the 1/4-mile, semi-banked dirt oval located on
the premises of the Jackson County Fairgrounds. A full night of racing
action will take place this Saturday at the south-central Indiana oval, as
qualifications, heat race action, consolation events, and a 75-lap main

The York, Pennsylvania team will then drive overnight to compete in the
annual ‘Spring Fest’ at the Challenger Raceway in Indiana, Pennsylvania on
Sunday. Rick is the defending champion of the $5,000 to win event, as he
started deep in the field last year to take the checkered flags and the big

Rick is currently ninth in the World of Outlaws Late Model Series national
point standings after events. He has registered one Top Five finish and two
Top Ten runs in the four series events held thus far in 2006. Rick
currently finds himself eighty-six points behind point leader Steve Francis
at this juncture of the season and has racked up $8,800 in purse money on
the circuit. The driver known nationwide as “Scrub” has finished third in
the World of Outlaws point standings in 2004 and fourth last season.
The next scheduled World of Outlaws Late Model Series events will be held on
April 7 & 8 at the Lernerville (PA) Speedway and the Virginia Motor Speedway
