hey jack, when you ran with us was that on the full track or was that when we ran the wacky track-turn 3 and 4 was in the infield(short track)i couldn't remember.guys do your homework as SFCR is a diffrent animal than MCS-i think it is the toughest track i have ever ran on-it is a weird d shape as well-hope to have alot of you guys down

HEHEHHE the wacky track was kinda fun oh for a lap...

On a regular Saturday nite pill draw is 4:30-5:30 up by the pit grand stands. Parking in the pits is always open to the left of the pit gate. SFCR is a D-shaped 3/8 mile track, turns 1&2 are tighter than 3&4 front straight is down hill and back straight is up hill.Hot laps start around 7 and racing after that. Good luck to ALL and welcome to my close to home home track.........Kenny

This race will show everyone what it was like during when the RAMS Points Series was a travelling series... There's going to be some interesting set-ups on the cars and trucks I bet. I remember the first time we went over there in a couple of different vehicles and ran out of gear halfway down the track... LOL...

I was told that it was egg shaped!? So it is actually D schaped..........so is it the front or back stretch that is the straight way? Just curious.
Tony, don't forget you'll be needed to tech Saturday. I'll check with Smurf to see if he's going to make it also..... Thanks!

so from DRR we have:

CJ Wright - Racing instead of Wedding...SMART MAN! hehe
Shannon Burch
Megan Bell
Bill Nickelson
Brian Cox
Clyde Cox
Tod Brinly
Ray Statler
Chris Pettus

with rumors of kyle and denver counts, ron moser, don hahs and possibly a fill in for Steve Wright.

DRR - for sure 9 with possibly 5 more...

and for MCS we have:

Butch Hartman
Pat Brewer
Jac Tschannen
Tony Moore
Bob Kintz/Don Jackson
Lane Elhert
Scott Litrell
Mike Albietz
Tony Litrell

Then I'm guessing Thompson and Wofford will be there as well.

MCS 9-11

for a count of 18 -20 with a possible 25.

Looks like a good car count. If 25 show I guess we'll get to see a semi feature.

This is going to be a good one. And like Millsey said...a reminder of how it used to be running different tracks!

No guess on Dave Thompson....He is leading the Rams points race
by a mere 7 points...No way that he will be a no-show....
Wofford is anybodys guess...Could be Mini-stock or Pure-street
OR BOTH...I would like to see both...Haven't seen his Pure-street yet..

Thompson will be

Talked to Wolf yesterday and him and Thompson will be there, Wolf is gonna run the pure street and mini stock so add 2 more to the list.

Bob -

Looks like I will get to see you one week sooner than I had originally planned. I forgot (well, if that's possible with Mark and Bill always reminding me) that the mini-stocks would be racing at SFCR the Saturday before we plan to be at MCS. Then, I wasn't sure if you guys would make the trip down or not. I'm really looking forward to seeing you and some of my other old buddies from up north (Jack, Lane, Kurt, Rob, Butch, and a few others). Hopefully Mother Nature will hold off until Sunday. See ya Saturday!!!

Crystal
