Rules????

3rd generation of BEARDS
hey i know Bobby is out right now but just wandering if someone else was going to take care of the 2006 rules ... and whats gonna happen if Fredricktown opens..... is that gonna affect car counts? i know they are planning to run us (dwarfs) and the mini stocks (RAMS) just curious thanks

Billy joe

Billy Joe, the only rule changes for 2006 will be the changes to the mini stocks.NO changes in the other classes. We are going to dig up the bad spots in the corners and add new clay to them and 4-6 inches of tacky clay ro rhe rest of the track. Bob is also wanting to add a light pole in the center of the pits to help brighten them up and do the normal fix, paint, repair other misc. items. With both tracks running the dwarfs and mini stocks may or may not effect car count. This may attract more cars to the area that have not been to this area. Only time will tell. Hope this answers your question and GOOD LUCK in 2006 !!!!!!!!!!!!! Kenny

Drr......

HP motorsports will be back in 06. My modlite 07, and possibly an additional car. My Crew chief wants to race now....:) Also I think that the black #25 of Halbrook will be back to DRR too. We are looking forward to playing at DRR with the vintage cars too.;)

Randy, is your crew cheif the one that drove last year? If so he done a good job, looked like a natural.I am not 100% positive but you may see a #69 modlite at DRR this season and not talking about Ron Wick........ Bob said he would be talking to you vintage guys about running there a few times in 2006. I personnally enjoyed the vintage cars last year and hope tosee them again. Kenny

number 69 mod lite??????

are talkin about THE HUSTLER in a MOD LITE  ... have you found a car yet... i will make you a H*ll of a deal on mine kenny give me a ring 760-3067

Steve is the one talking about the modlite. In order for me to get in one it will have to be a fatboy approved.LOL Leahy let me hotlap his car a few years ago and I really enjoyed it. He may have the backup multi sold and maybe in the market for one.I will tell Steve about yours, I think he has found one already but I will let him know....... Kenny

Boy, you are preaching to the choir with that one......LOL.;)

So is Steve gonna drive it or are you gonna be the one to teach Casey how to do it?:D

And...Yes. That was the guy who drove my car at the mechanics race. That was his second night in a dwarf and maybe his third night ever on dirt. He wants to race REALLY bad. I don't think we can get him out at the start of the seaon, but hopefully sometime during the year. We are putting together another Vintage car too, and he will probably drive the #25 a little bit.

Sorry

Here is a better pic... Surely this A-1 supremo excellente chassis is bound to be "fat-boy" approved.....hehehe

Randy, if it was a different color I would be interested. Can you check and see if they have the mounts in it for a small block Chevy ? By looking at the picture it looks like the motor mounts are for a Peuguet motor...........LOL

Hands Down!

This is the absolute ugliest freakin' car I have ever seen.....Dad found it on EBAY. Even a small block wouldn't help it, it would still be too ugly to go fast.....LOL

Them ugly ones are usually the ones to look out for. Just think about carrying the mail at 130 mph around Pevely. Heck it would be scarey enough doing slow warm ups at DRR.........

exactly!

That is what Dad and I were discussing. I said I wouldn't pack the track in it! It isn't even the ugly factor, it just doesn't even look safe....

kenny u would look great driving in that car and heck i wouldnt be scared to be in a car show against u in that car, i dont think we would need to go back to the coin toss if u get that car hahaha:D :D

I would have polished aluminum valve covers and a NEW extreme top. If we end up with this car with a small block Chevy in it will you be the one to run it on play days for us or do you know how to make them left hand turns at the end of the straightaway.........LOL

yea kenny i know how to make them left hand turns, how else woudl i get from the end of the track back to my pit? if i go right i go off the back side of the dam. so i think i can figure out them left hand turns, but can we put a vw motor in it, i dont know what a v-8 is lol!
