Just thought I'd throw this out there for anyone to comment on. How many races races does Rusty win this year? He's long overdue for a win. I would say he's good for 2 wins this year! Bristol and well, lets see, huh?, what do you think?

With the new tire from goodyear, I think he will win at least three races

Rusty sweeps Bristol this year winning both races on a last lap bump and run to Jeff Gordon. That would be justice because Rusty owes him twice now. I wouldn't be surprised if some of the veteran drivers do well in the early part of the year because of the new tire.

rusty has had a string of bad luck for quite some time. I think this year he's going to have a couple wins but at tracks people think he wouldn't win at. like oh say..one of the road courses like the GLEN, and another oval track like Atlanta. BUt I do at least see him winning 1 race at the least

With Biffle and Busch in the Series.....it will be a miracle for Rusty to get a win. Those two guys seem to have it out for the Wallaces.

If you listen to RW on the car radio, he makes it clear that HE is the boss, and that HE is making the decisions, and that his crew chief is there just to carry them out. Then, in post race interview, he is oh-so-quick to lay blame at the feet of his crew when they mess up. According to him, he is surrounded by idiots. That may have worked years ago, but not anymore. If he ever wants to win consistantly again, he needs to put the (huge) ego away, and let his crew chief take care of strategy while he concentrates on driving. BTW, I am a Rusty fan, been watching him since the mid seventies.

Rusty Wallace could hustle a ketchup popsicle to a women wearing white gloves. Now he's obviously no Randy Korte, but he can wheel a race car as good or better than every so-called young gun in cup. If you don't like him, then you don't like racers, period. He came up as hardcore as they mak'em and he tells it like it is. He is not some punk *** hair sprayed poster boy for nascar: (please see J.Gordon, J.Johnson, K.Busch, S.Hmiel, etc.) If they have softened tires, cut spoilers, and REALLY put it back in the hands of the drivers...then you may want to hold off on the retirement party and smart *** heckling.
