SAS and USCS headline next Smoky Mountain Speedway event on April 26

Maryville, Tennessee - Smoky Mountain Speedway roars back into action of Friday, April 26 with the Rockin' With The Stars presented by Classic Rock 103.5 WIMZ featuring the Southern All-Stars, the USCS winged sprint cars, and the sportsman late models.



The Southern All-Stars will be making their first appearance of the 2019 season at SMS with a $5,000 to win program. Two-time series champion Riley Hickman leads the current Southern All-Stars point standings. David Breazeale is second in the SAS standings followed by rookie contender Zach Leonhardi. defending series champion Jay Scott, and other rookie contenders Andrew Littleton and Billy Franklin.



Other drivers expected include Vic Hill, Mark Dodson, Donald McIntosh, Tommy Kerr, Robby Moses, and more.



The USCS winged outlaw sprint cars will be marking their return to Smoky Mountain Speedway. The alcohol breathing sprint cars will take the 4/10-mile speedway with blazing speeds and incredible side-by-side racing. Morgan Turpin, Derek Hagar, Jordan Mallett, and Terry Gray are just a few of the names that are expected for the sprint car event.



Also racing will be the sportsman late models for $800 to win in their second points race of the season.



During the intermission, there will be Coin and Candy Toss for the kids where they can win candy, money, and more.



The Classic Rock 103.5 Rock Babes will be present to sign autographs on their newest calendar.



Pit gates open at 4:00. Grandstand and tier parking gates will each open at 5:00. The drivers meeting is scheduled for 6:30 and hot laps are set to being at 7:00.



General admission tickets are $20 for adults, kids 11 and under are free. Tier parking admission is $30 for adults, kids 11 and under are free. Pit passes are $35 for adults, kids 11 and under are $15.



Smoky Mountain Speedway is located 12 miles south of Maryville, Tennessee. From Maryville, take Highway 411 south for 10 miles and turn left onto Brick Mill Road. Follow Brick Mill Road for approximately 2 miles, the racetrack is on the right. The first entrance is for grandstand parking. The second entrance is for tier parking and campground access. The pit entrance is the next right on Crye Road.
