Season Opener Officially Postponed at Lincoln Speedway
(Lincoln, IL) The 2024 season opener at Lincoln Speedway has been officially called off for this weekend.
Originally, set for Friday, April 5, the event was moved to Saturday in hopes of allowing for more dry time at the facility. While gains were made, officials feel that it is in the best interest to postpone the opening race until Friday, April 26.
The April 26 event will feature the season opener for the MOWA Sprint Cars plus Pro Late Models, Modifieds, MARA Midgets, and Street Stocks.
