DOES ANYOINE KNOW IF THEY ARE GOING TO RACE THIS WINTER AT THE COLISEUM (INDOOR) IN SEDALIA? THEIR WEBSITE HAS BEEN SHUT DOWN SO I THOUGHT MAYBE THE RACING WAS AS WELL.

I specifically bought a cart for my son just to race there this winter. They better run it! The couple grand I spent on it would have helped a lot with my racing program this summer.
 
I talked to Wayne Campbell(owner/promoter) of the Sedalia deal last Thursday. He told me that the business is still for sale. If it was not sold to someone by the end of Sept. he would piece out the equipment. He told me he would help out anyone who bought it get it up and running, but he also said if it did not sell as a complete business he would not open up this year. I hope someone does buy the business and run the Sedalia races this winter. Sedalia is fun and sure beats sitting around the house all winter. John
 
Sedalia is racing this season! As of thanksgiving two weeks have already been ran. And so far over a hundred Karts each week. No one else had made a post regarding Sedalia I figure I better get the word out to STLracing, because from what I read here I had been told they were not running unless being sold, which apparently did happen.
 
as far as last week the track does not have the bank that it did in the past the lap times have slowed down to 8 sec.yes they are getting good kart counts and the liles are running it.plus i do not think you have to join a club so that will help out on cost if you just want to run one time.
 
we have ran the past two weeks. you do have to join $25 and $25 for the cart each week and $10 pits $3 to watch and free 5and under. Track is still fast. I hear no complaints from anyone that had ran there in the past. Gates open @ 1, Pit meeting @4 Racing@4:30. Last week we were out by 8:15.
