Why not? UMP is a rival sanctioning body as well, and they agreed to come under a co-sanction. So what if Xtreme merged with UMP? Nothing's going to change until next year anyway. Tri-City has hosted events from MARS, NALMS and WoO, not to mention UMP as well.
