I just received word from the family that St Louis Racing Pioneer Eddie Lowry has passed away this evening. The Lowry family has been racing since the early 1960's and Eddie Lowry along with his brother Elmer were a big part of the history of racing in St Louis.

Visitation for my Eddie Lowry Sr, will be Wednesday, October 29 from 4-8 at Kutis Funeral Home on Butler Hill. The Funeral will be Thursday, October 30 at 11.
 
very sad to here he was long time family friend was in ed and elmers corner as long as i can remember in late 50's as kid
