DIRT MOTORSPORTS ANNOUNCES STACKER 2® AS TITLE SPONSOR FOR NATIONAL WORLD OF OUTLAWS LATE MODEL SERIES

NORMAN, OK, April 7, 2005 / Business Wire / Boundless Motor Sports Racing, Inc. d/b/a DIRT MotorSportsTM (DIRT) (OTCBB: BMSR) announced that Stacker 2®, a brand of NVE Pharmaceuticals headquartered in Andover, NJ, has agreed to a multi-year title sponsorship of the World of Outlaws Late Model Series®. As part of the agreement, thirteen World of Outlaws Stacker 2 Late Model Series events will be broadcast tape-delayed on SPEED Channel beginning with the Virginia Motor Speedway race on April 9th.

As an official partner of DIRT MotorSports and all DIRT controlled racing series, Stacker 2’s commitment also includes associate sponsorship of the World of Outlaws Sprint Series®, associate sponsorship of the Advance Auto Parts Modified Super DIRT Series as well as the title sponsorship of the Pro Stock Super DIRT Series and the MARS Regional Late Model Series. Stacker 2 is already a major sponsor of the motorsports industry and its support of DIRT is evidence of the huge popularity of dirt track racing in America.
