January 8, 2004
(Ashland, KY) Steve Francis announced today that he will be competing in the newly formed and sanctioned World of Outlaws Late Model Series owned by Boundless Motorsports Racing, Inc. Francis’ racing efforts will continue to be sponsored by Valvoline and Mopar with Rocket Chassis and engines by Gary Stanton. Steve’s racing operation during the 2004 season will return to his home town of Ashland, KY.
The Kentucky Colonel will also compete in select events in the Midwest for Larry Moring with the first event coming in Early Thaw late model action at Central Arizona Raceway beginning on January 17th.
Complete scheduling and additional 2004 information will be made available for Steve Francis once the World of Outlaws Late Model Series 2004 schedule is released.
