We need to get everyone on this site that has dirtfactor together and run some races online. Maybe just run the local tracks, Belleclair, I-55, Tricity. Maybe through in some KLMS and Farmer city. Just an idea I was throwin around. Maybe like sunday nights around 7?

BTW, I'm balmond on the dirtfactor servers.

the best late model game

I have the dtr2 game .Are there any better games out there, and what are they and how do you get them.I need it for the pc. Thank you.

Go buy the game rfactor, i believe you can get it at www.gogamer.com then goto www.simwizards.com and you can download dirtfactor for free. It is soooo much better than dtr2. Or you can get the SBS latemodels which are also fun at www.sbsracing.net You might need some patches too but I don't remember. You won't regret buying this game!!!!!

I need a new a video card so i can load this game, my computer wont even run it. Can you guys help me out? What should i get? Should i just get a new computer?

As Far as your computer goes. I would have to ask what you are currently running. The computers in the last year have made a hardware change from the old AGP slot where we use to put the video card to the PCI-E slot in which all the new computers are moving to. If you are able you can build a decent machine cheap if you do it yourself but that might be a problem. I build custom gaming computers and play lots of racing games. I don't currently have Rfactor installed because I made the switch to ARCA sim racing about 6 months ago. Its a great stock car sim. I did play Dirt factor a bit but there wasn't many people playing so I never really got a chance to get heavy into it.

So post your computer specs and maybe I can give you a hand in what to get.

My computer is a monster so I don't know what really the minimum specs should be.

Thanks

lol no.......i mean can u race the computer AI offline like in the old dtr games and if so is the AI more competitive than the old dtr games.....from the videos ive watched it looks like if u race offline u just race by urself instead of with computer AI

They do have good AI on most tracks, but some of them they just crash. You just have to download them all.
