just bought my first projecty car, a 1968 malibu el camino.The guy that sold it to me was said it was a 1998 cadillac motor and the tranny was a mystery one.
I removed the valve covers and the numbers heads are gm 27, 14102189.
Im trying to post some pics..Im not sure if its a LT1 or a l98 given that it has 4 bolts on the valve covers.
When i try to google the number its a 14102193. <img id="img5" name="" alt="" style="visibility: hidden;"> <img id="img6" name="" alt="" style="visibility: hidden;">
Any input would help.
