(BRIGHT, INDIANA) "The Silver Shark" Scott James will be back in action
this weekend at the Golden Mountain Raceway Park in Sparta, TN for the
Icebreaker Shootout. The event will pay $7,500 to win, $300 to start, and
$100 for the fastest qualifier. Scott and the team has put their Florida
disappointment behind them and are looking forward to turning the momentum
with a strong run at Golden Mountain this Friday and Saturday night.
"We came down and tested last weekend at Golden Mountain and we were really
good," said the pilot of the Baylor Trucking / Powell Motorsports #83 Lazer
G-2 Monte Carlo. "We kept getting better and better throughout the test
session and we were running laps better than the track record at the end. I
think we will be strong this weekend and we really need a good run to get
back on the right track."
