The UMP Touchstone Energy Sportsman will have a special race which will include $500 dollars going to the Touchstone Energy Sportsman who can take the checkered flag. Rick Roedel, #11 sponsored by Touchstone Energy will try and make it back to victory lane this weekend for the first time since his feature win on June 6. The #11 has been a regular sight this year at Macon Speedway and Team Roedel has that car back on track. July 18th is Macon Speedway’s third night of the Central Illinois Street Stock Series, with Street Stocks racing for $500 to win. Macon Speedway will also be hosting the fifth Midwest Big Ten Series Race out of the 10 in the series. So far the race is close with Steve Sheppard Jr leading the points race over his son, Brandon Sheppard by a mere 12 points. With the help of the Abate of Illinois, Macon Speedway is hosting a Christmas in July toy drive. Bring a toy for a child in need and receive $2 off of your admission on Saturday, July 18th.
