CLARKSVILLE, TN - Thunderhill Raceway in Lawrenceburg, TN
has signed on with the StormPay.com Weekly Racing Series for the 2006
season. With the addition of Thunderhill Raceway, the StormPay.com Weekly
Racing Series now has three tracks under its sanction for Crate Late Model
racing in the Volunteer State.

Thunderhill Raceway now joins Clarksville StormPay Speedway
in Clarksville, TN and Duck River Speedway in Wheel, TN as members of the
StormPay.com Weekly Racing Series where Crate Late Model drivers at weekly
tracks can compete with each other for Regional and National points and
point fund money under a common set of rules.

Late Model driver Wayne Burns of Tuscumbia, AL recently
acquired Thunderhill Raceway, and will promote the ¼-mile high-banked clay
oval in 2006. As a racer himself, Burns said he sees the need for the
StormPay.com Dirt Late Model Series, and the economical sealed-at-factory GM
Performance Crate Engines.

"With the costs of unlimited late model engines constantly
going up, it's hard for a working man to keep racing week in and week out,"
Burns said. "The StormPay.com Weekly Racing Series is something weekly late
model racing really needs to keep the costs down, and the rules enforced.
With the low cost of the GM Performance Crate Engine, I can put three cars
on the track for what it cost to put one super late model on the track."

The StormPay.com Weekly Racing Series features economical engines produced
by GM Performance and sealed at factory. The steel-head "602" engine sells
for $2,950, and the aluminum-head "604" engine sells for $4,950, with free
delivery for either engine. These engines are race-ready right out of the
crate from the factory, and are readily available at GM dealerships
nationwide.

The series provides the weekly tracks with technical and
public relations support that includes the proper tools and equipment to
make sure the race cars meet the rules requirements. The StormPay.com Dirt
Late Model Series has conducted three Tech Seminars for the weekly tracks
over the past ten days.

The StormPay.com Dirt Late Model Series National Tour will
visit Thunderhill Raceway on May 26 for a $3,000-to-win event. The
Thunderhill Raceway event will be the second of a three-race Tennessee Tour
for the StormPay.com Dirt Late Model Series National Tour with $3,000-to-win
events at Duck River Speedway on May 25, and a $3,000-to-win event at
Clarksville StormPay Speedway on May 27.

"Wayne Burns and his staff are very enthusiastic about the
StormPay.com Weekly Racing Series, and we're looking forward to working with
them this season," StormPay.com Dirt Late Model Series President of
Operations and Communications Roby Helm said. "Thunderhill Raceway is a
fast little track, and the weekly StormPay.com Crate Late Models and the
National Tour will put on a great show there. Wayne wants a second National
event, and we're working to accommodate him."

The StormPay.com Weekly Racing Series season will begin on
March 31 and member tracks will compete under the sanction for 24-weeks
through October 1. Each driver's top 16 finishes will count towards their
regional point totals. The StormPay.com Weekly Racing Series proposed point
fund is $130,000 in cash and prizes.
