Cross Lanes, West Virginia native Tim Dohm rode the wave of caution flags in Night 3 of the 2007 edition of East Bay Raceway Winternationals to take his first victory at East Bay Raceway. Dohm also captured his first ever Lucas Oil Dirt Late Model Series win and pocketed a hefty $5,000.00 for his handiwork in the 30 lap event.

In a race that was plagued by cautions, Dohm withstood challenges from Jimmy Mars and Steve Francis and took the checkers waving as he rode across the line ahead of both Mars and Francis as well as Shane Clanton, Adam Hensel, Don O'Neal, Terry English, Rick Eckert, Brady Smith and Matt Miller.

The qualifying was changed up a bit this evening as the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series decided to try a shot at group qualifying. Young Justin Rattliff recorded the fastest lap overall with a time of 14.831.

Heat race wins were recorded by Rattliff over Francis, Billy Moyer ahead of teammate Shannon Babb, Terry Casey over young hotshoe Adam Hensel, Mars over Brady Smith, Josh RZichards over Damon Eller, Dan Schlieper over Shane Clanton, Ricky Arms over English and Dohm over Steve Shaver.

The consi's were topped by Tim Fuller over Doug Horton, Donnie Moran over Eckert, Kevin Cole over O'Neal and Jackie Boggs over Bryan Collins.

The strawberry dash was claimed by Matt Miller to keep his record alive of making each and every A-Main that has been sanctioned by the Lucas Oil Dirt Late Model Series at East Bay Raceway. After Dennis Erb failed to make a transfer into the main event, Miller joins Shannon Babb as the only 2 drivers able to lay claim to the fete.

Dohm was driving a Mark Richards ROCKET Chassis, with power under the hood by Custom Engines, traction provided by HOOSIER Racing Tire and sponsored by Axis Custom Graphics and DOHM Cycle Sales.
