Tony Jackson Jr. slated to pilot the #25 Capital House Car for the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series Rookie of the Year Title for 2024
A change in the Capital House Car Program was expected since the recent news that Shane Clanton took part ownership of the successful chassis brand.
Tony Jackson Jr. had immediate success when he came to Capital winning five out of his first six starts. He went on to earn numerous race victories among a host of other achievements.
Shane Clanton, Marshall Green and Chad Smith all agree that Tony will be a great representation of the company moving forward. They state that Tony has proven he can compete at the highest level and is probably the most decorated regional driver in the industry.
The iconic # 25 has always been a flagship of the Capital House Car program.
“When Green and I started Capital, it was established the #25 would always be the House Car number. I’m excited for Tony to take up the #25 banner and we’re prepared to give him the support needed to win the Lucas Oil Rookie Title,” said Clanton.
“I’ve had the pleasure of working with Tony for several years. He has been a loyal customer and trusted friend. Tony brings a level of professionalism and a very detailed approach to everything he does. Since Capital is known for those same attributes, I feel he will be a great fit to represent Capital,” said Marshall Green.
“I’m extremely honored to be chosen by Shane and Marshall as the Capital House Car driver. I’m also excited about the new partnership. They have put a lot of effort into this brand. Very few people get this opportunity in our industry. I couldn’t ask for a better group of people to be involved with,” said Tony Jackson Jr.
Tony is set to debut for the Lucas Campaign at Golden Isles Speedway on January 25th.
