Tony Penberthy Killed in terrible accident

I recieved a call from a friend telling me that Tony Penberthy was killed last night doing what he loved to do, RACING. He was at Knoxville with 2 other gentleman and they was going to another race and was hit by a tractor trailor and Tony and 1 of the other men was Killed. Tony has been around the racing scene for many years. He worked at DRR in it's early years around 96 thru 98 somewhere in that time frame , he worked around the track and also worked in the tower some. He also worked at Fredericktown Raceway and was very knowledgeable about racing. Our deepest sympathy to his Family and Friends !

I just seen that another person VERY involved with racing was the other person killed inthis accident. Photo Billy was his name and he LOVED photographying he favorite drivers. He will truely be missed at all the tracks........
