Hey Kevin and Crew,

I just wanted to drop you a note to say congratulations on a great play day event. I wasn't there, but Gary Whitener filled me in and told me all about the huge strides you all have made. We're excited to have Tri-City as a part of our Driver's Seat coverage area this year. Now that practice is under the belt, here's looking forward to a fantastic regular season at Tri-City!

Adding Dave Waldon to the announcing team may have been the best improvement made, next maybe to going to transponder scoring. In my book, Dave W. and George Depper have to be two of the three best track announcers in the STL, with the Talker Guy being the 3rd one.

I always thought Dave was a great announcer. If I ever had a complaint when he announced at SFCR it was that he talked about Jacksonville so much. The man really knows his racing though.
