Reutimann Memorial on Deck for this Saturday
St. Petersburg, Florida (11/16/18) – Tyler Clem enjoyed a fast weekend
behind wheel of his his Bubba Army/ Sunoco Race Fuels #14 K&N Filters/ J&J Sprint Car. He raced to a pair of Top-5 finishes with the United Sprint Car Series (USCS) at Bubba Raceway Park.
“It has been almost two months since I had been in the Sprint Car, but we had a great weekend,” Clem said. “When you are running in the Top 5 and finishing behind guys like Tony Stewart, Mark Smith, Justin Barger, Jordan Mallet and Danny Martin Jr. you can’t complain. Overall, we had a lot of fun, and this coming weekend I’m looking forward to getting back in the Modified.”
Tyler Clem was one of 31 United Sprint Car Series entries in action at Bubba Raceway Park (Ocala, Florida) on Friday night for opening round of the doubleheader. Holding his spot in his 8-lap heat, Clem recorded a third-place finish, which transferred him into the Dash.
Racing to a runner-up finish behind Jordon Mallett in the Dash, Tyler locked his spot into the opening night feature. Breaking into the Top-5, Tyler Clem improved eight spots in the 25-lap affair to place fifth behind Tony Stewart, Mark Smith, Danny Martin Jr., and A.J. Maddox.
The following night, Tyler secured his spot into the finale with a runner-up finish in his heat race behind Mark Smith. Rolling off ninth on the feature grid, Clem gained five spots, registering a fourth-place finish behind Justin Barger, Jordan Mallett, and Mark Smith with Danny Martin Jr. finishing fifth.

This Saturday, Tyler will return to the driver’s seat of his #14 Modified with the Emil & Dale Reutimann Memorial at Bubba Raceway Park. The coveted event posts a $10,000 top prize.
