Ump Late Model Challenge Of Champions Series Makes Stop In Farmer City This Friday

This Friday, May 14th the Farmer City Raceway will host the UMP Late Model Challenge of Champions Series. At each of these events drivers will race in a full program with the dash setting the front three rows of the feature event. The feature will pay $2000.00 to the winner and will also qualify the winner for the season-end extravaganza that pays $15,000 to win.

The defending Challenge of Champions titlist is Kevin Weaver of Gibson City, IL. The 2003 Farmer City Track Champion Roger Long was the winner of last years Challenge race at the Farmer City Raceway.

This Friday night will also be a full night of racing, along with the UMP Late Models will be UMP Modified, Sportsman and Street Stock divisions. Adult admission will be $15.00 for this Friday children 11 & under are free.
