UMP mod Coilovers?

In this years rules under suspension it says no coilovers on front no exceptions then on the rear it says coilover eliminators and coilover kits steel/aluminum are allowed must conform to spring and shock rules (rear only)(5 inch spring).

What does that mean? does anyone make coilover kits to fit a 5 inch spring.

Can somebody clear this up.
 
You can run the coilovers like the late models. You'll eliminate the sliders/eliminators. Unless you run a setup that still uses it like a Pierce car with the spring on top of the housing. Coilover kits for the shocks are cheaper than buying sliders/eliminators...ect.
