UMP points leader getting UMP points at UNSANCTIONED track?

Mt Vernon WILL allow GOODYEAR in UMP Series

remove this post.
Mt Vernon's owner has given permission to GOODYEAR tired cars to race in the HOOSIER ONLY UMP Late Model Series.
I don't know how or why but this post can removed with my permission as it does not good to argue with the person that makes the rules.

doesnt UMP make the rules not a track owner? And if someone uses anything other that what UMP sanctions. wouldnt they not be allowed UMP points?
 
MVN speedway has not given permission to run GOODYEAR tires and did however offer and provide my car with a HOOSIER tire and wheel for a spare so we could particapte there THANKS RICK HECK AND JIM SLOAN
 
standard "latemodels " have a set of rules provided from UMP (UNITED MIDWEST PROMOTERS) SO ALL RULES AT MOST TRACKS ARE THE SAME THAT WAY ALL THOSE GUYS AND GALS CAN RUN AT those tracks for points they all have aluminum blocks and really crank out the horses totally unlimited engines if you will///steel block late models are just that same rules but required to have a cast iron block which makes them a little cheeper but still monster horspower but heaver than a std. late model//// crate late models all run same rules as other guys with a nasty twist,, we are limited to a engine, actully 3 choices from GM which has round headed bolts that we cannot remove which limits the horsepower greatly w e also run the same goodyear tires and are abel to have a 12 inch tall spoiler (which is no help) this makes us cheep engines ,, std. latemodels 900-1000 horse power alum block BIG BUCKS...700-900 horsepower..steelblock cast block still big bucks,,,,375-425... crate class latemodels or fastrack cheeper closer compition hope this helps
