The UMP Sportsman will have some extra incentive to get up on the wheel with a top prize of $400 to win and $50 just to start to kick off the season. That is only PART of the excitement as the Midwest Big Ten Series for UMP Street Stocks, which boasts a $1,000 top prize to the series champion, kicks off with round 1 this Saturday night. The Big Ten Series draws some of the best cars in Central Illinois together to give the fans a great show.
This is ALL in addition to great racing to be expected in the Billingsley Towing UMP Modifieds, UMP Pro Late Models, and UMP Outlaw Hornets.
In addition to the thrilling racing action, Macon Speedway's opener will have a Driver-Sponsor Appreciation Photo & Autograph Session and a CEFCU Kid's Club night.
Pit gates open Saturday afternoon at 4:00, with grandstands at 5:00, and racing action takes the green at 7:00. Adult admission is now set to be the regular low price of $12, while children 11 and under get in free. Pit admission is $30 for adults and $15 for children.
