Last week on August 6th 2004 UMP requested Chad Kinder and Brian Shaw to turn over their MSD boxes to UMP officials to have them checked for any kind of tampering. UMP does not feel that we are accusing any driver of cheating, but to clear the suspicion from other competitors we feel this is the fairest way to resolve this matter. We will at random request other drivers to do the same.
