Wednesday, September 8, 2004, Slick Tire Test and Tune: Slick Tire Test and Tune includes cars,
motorcycles and Junior Dragsters with slick tires or D.O.T. slicks doing just what the event title says,
testing their vehicles and making the adjustments to push them to run faster in the upcoming money races!

20th Annual Missouri-Illinois Dodge Dealers Monster Mopar Weekend at Gateway International
Raceway September 10-12, 2004. The huge Mopar Only Bracket Racing program will feature the worlds
fastest Mopars racing in the Indy Cylinder Heads Quick 16, the Kilpatrick Racing Engines Super Pro
Challenge, the wild and crazy King of the Street Eliminator, The Extreme Sportswear Pro Eliminator, the
Auto Mart Nostalgia Super Stock Classic (open field), the A&A Transmissions Street Eliminator and the
trickpipes.com 6-Cylinder Shootout. The racers will be running for more than $65,000 in cash and awards,
the largest purse of its type in the nation for an all Mopar event. An added feature event will be the Teen
ArriveAlive Funny Car Nationals. Close to 50 of these thundering 220 mph cars will compete in the world
points final for the Nostalgia Funny Car Association in four classes, Injected, Blown Alcohol, The Salorr
Gas & Electric Scooters Blown VRA Nitro Eliminator and the Blown Non-VRA Nitro Eliminator. Other
events include more than 700 Mopar classic and muscle cars displayed in the Hardens Muscle Car World
Car Show along with the Winged Warrior's Fall Meet which is the largest annual gathering of Dodge
Charger Daytonas and Plymouth Road Runner Superbirds in the world; the return of the world famous
"Hurst Hemi Under Glass" along with racing legend Bob Riggle in his last national tour, "King of the
Burnouts" Burnout Contest, and 300 additional wild street and custom rods in the Midwest Rod, Custom
and Street Machine Nationals presented by the Nostalgia Rod and Custom Association. Each day's
