Tuesday, October 5, 2004, Street Legal Grudge Racing: Street Legal Grudge Racing features street legal cars
with street tires only, racing for love of the sport, not money! This gives those who might otherwise race illegally
on the street a safe, legal venue to race their cars against their friends at high speeds without fear of legal
repercussions or danger to others. Gates open at 5:00pm with runs from 5:30pm to 10:30pm.
Wednesday, October 6, 2004, Slick Tire Test and Tune: Slick Tire Test and Tune includes cars, motorcycles
and Junior Dragsters with slick tires or D.O.T. slicks doing just what the event title says, testing their vehicles and
making the adjustments to push them to run faster in the upcoming money races! Gates open at 5:00pm with runs
from 5:30pm to 10:30pm.
The 6th annual Halloween Junior Dragster Nationals return to Gateway International Raceway this weekend,
October 8-10. Junior drag racers, some as young as 8 years old, will be battling in four different ET classes on
Saturday, each paying out $200 to the winner and $100 to the runner-up. Sunday will have four different age
classes with racers competing for $200 to the winner and $100 to the runner-up. There will also be an Outlaw
Quick 8 on Saturday and a Junior Quick 32 on Sunday, each paying $200 to the winner and $100 to the
runner-up.
This weekend is not just about drag racing, there is a full weekend of excitement planned out including a
pumpkin decorating contest, spooky trailer contest, a pet costume contest and a kids costume contest. There
will also be a racer picnic on Saturday, a manufactures midway and free goodie bags.

First round of the ET class eliminations start at 12:00pm. The picnic will start at approximately 5:00pm and Tick
or Treat and party will start after the eliminations.
