USMTS Pepsi Show Scotland County Speedway Oct. 2

Burgtorf started pole, lead the first 25 or so. Then Shryock passed but they were back and forth taking the lead for the last ten laps. A caution with two to go let everyone get up tight. Shryock won by less than a car length with Burgtorf second and Dripps third.

Good races. The track was sooooooo wet from yesterdays rain. The track crew had their hands full. They brought a couple of graders out after hot laps and swept away the crumbs and ruts. They also had to touch up the track prior to main events. The track crew did a great job, especially under the circumstances. It took some time to repair the track, but it was racey all over after they bladed.

Thanks to all the racers and fans that came in for the show.
