Springfield,Mo.-Sat Night May 16th,Thunder will hit the Quick Quarter mile-dirt oval at the SpringfieldRaceway as the Stars of the touring United States Modified Touring Series will tackle the tough USRA Local drivers in a $2,000 to win feature event.
The Race listed as a National event is also a Mo-Kan Event and will attract the best Modified drivers around.
Drivers from Oklahoma,Ark,Mo.Kansas,Iowa and all around will battle as current Mo-Kan Regional leader Jason Hughes of Oklahoma,Jon Tesch of South Dakota,Justin Boney of Kansas,Flyin Bryan Rowland od Oklahoma,Johhny Bone Jr of Ark. will battle the local USRA Modified stars including defending SpringfieldRaceway Champion Jackie Dalton of Carthage,Mitch Keeter of Webb City,Scott Drake of Webb City,Steve Muilenburg of Sparta,Jody Tillman of Branson West and many more.
Racing action will also include point races for the Bombers,SportMods,and LegendCars.
Grandstand Gates
will open at 5 with Hotlaps set for 6:15 and Racing at 7:00PM.
