LEBANON, Mo. - The United States Modified Touring Series will be making appearances in Mid-Missouri this weekend. The USMTS will be racing at Bolivar Speedway Friday night, the Lebanon I-44 Speedway Saturday night and will also be at the Monett Speedway on Sunday night.

The winner's purse is set for $2,000 each evening.

Track promoter Randy Mooneyham said the series will "bring some of the top modified drivers to the area." Mooneyham said he expected between 40 and 50 Modified cars on each night at the speedways.

Notable drivers appearing are Mark Noble and Kelly Shryock, who is the USMTS event points leader.

The premier racing event is $12 for adults. Late Models, Super Stocks, Factory Stocks and Bombers will still race at Lebanon and Bolivar. Monett will race Late Models, Factory Stocks, Cruisers and Bombers in addition to the Modified division.
