1979 Stanton chassis non down tube vintage sprint car
1979 SFCR track championship car
Chassis is straight
BODY- Original fiberglass hood and shroud
WINGS- Top wing and front are original
REAR BUMPER- Is original as well as the nerf bars
INTERIOR- Original seat with pads and shoulder belts plus arm restraints. Steering wheel is original along with the gauge panel, fuel shut off. It has a manual
Gordon Schroder steering box with extra 8/1 gear set and top plate cover and steering arm. All the peddles are there and floor pan as well as the side protection pans
MOTOR- SBC 360 CID .030 over full roller motor with standard rotating. non dry sump. Motor is complete along with the Hilborn mechanical injection and had an extra pump. Also is an extra splined coupler for the rear drive off the crank for the in/out box. MAG is there and original headers and air box tins. NO RADIATOR but there is a radiator guard.
BREAKS- All are the original NACE/TAYLOR magnesium calipers with NEW rebuild kits for all. Original master cylinder is there but there is 2 newer Wilwoods.
front and rear rotors/hats are there.
REAR END- magnesium Halibrand 301 non shifter quick change with outboard breaks and live 2" solid axle and driveshaft plus torque ball is all original to the car. There are extra gear sets with this but unsure of the ratios.
HUBS- All are 6 pin with magnesium pressure plates. So 4 pressure plates on the car and 6 extras
IN/ OUT BOX- There is 1 CAE in/out in the car but also 2 more new great shape with shifter locks as well with a new unused vintage national torque ball and there is a snout cover plate for the input shaft that's extra.
WHEELS- There are 2 front magnesium wheels and several steel wheels as well and 1-2 aluminum wheels and some vintage firestone tires.
This is a FULLY complete VINTAGE STANTON sprint car with ALL of the parts and many EXTRAS that are in 5 gallon buckets but I haven't went through everything to see fully of what's there
