Bob Galbraith just called and said its raining hard in Washington,Mo. It just started thundering and gonna pour any minute in Kirkwood. Hows it lookin out that way ??????????? :confused::confused::confused:
 
It still looks good here Howard.... Front porch forecast from Farmington MO is blue skies with white puffy clouds:D!

I came out of work around 1:30p and there was a small dark cloud overhead and a couple drops on the windshield but it looked okay all around us.
 
So far still sunny in Farmington city... I do see clouds getting close, and weather.com is showing the line of storms may be closing in slowly. But right now it's still dry here. We are 5-6 miles east of the raceway. Answering machine still says we're racing...

Reporting from my front and back yard in Desloge @ 4pm. The sun is still out and HOT. White puffy clouds moving very slow. My uneducated guess about the weather is that the rain will hold off untill 11-11:30 tonite. I also want to remind everyone that guns are not allowed at DRR, this statement made just incase I am mistaken about Mother Natures attitude for this evening.......Kenny
 
I sure wish I could make as many mistakes at my job and not have to worry about being fired like a weatherman...................
 
Radar @ 4:30 looks like the storms are getting bigger and closer. I hate to say it but it is starting to look like Mother Nature has a bad attitude about tonite..............
 
5:20 dark clouds moving in, temp is dropping,and wind is picking up. Rain is not far away and will probably be here in the next hour. Mother Nature has put the storm in over drive.

Yeah.... Kirkwood got a butt kickin about 3 pm lotsa damage... Then just as I pulled into the track I'm thinkin where in the heck are we gonna take cover around here :eek::eek:: Oh well $50 worth of waisted gasoline and I got back home in time to get the generator hooked up to the fridge in time to save the fresh groceries :D:D: Hard to sleep last night with all them mexican chain saws running all night :eek::eek: But it's all good as my house and business was sparred of any damage and the electric was back up and running this morning..... :):): Be sure and tell Bobby I want my 5 show up points:eek::eek:::D:D:
