The week of June 14 is already filled with events. I-55 has the Challenge of Champions on Wednesday Jun 16 and Friday, Jun 18 is Belle Clair Challenge of Champions and Tri City has MARS on the same day. May want to change the MS race to the week before or the week after. That is a lot to ask the local racers and fans to do during the week.
 
Highland and Fayette County's Summer Nationals date didn't change with the new schedule. They are still July 5th at Fayette and July 6th at Highland.
 
I am sure that Jody will take this into consideration when looking at possible dates for the show, I believe the date on the website is a tentative date. I know in the past they've tried to schedule the show around an available date on Kenny's schedule ...
 
Who has the time and the money to race four straight nights? That would not be good for most people from the racers to the fans and the promoters. Remember the weekend comes up with regular night racing after the specials. What happens if someone breaks or has other problems? People also work! The purse needs to come from the stands and not just the pits.

How can people race every night and the regular weekend nights without time to repair and/or work on the car in between? Must be a lot of people with vacation time to use up?

Hey, and what about the $$$$ needed to get into these races for the fans? How much can a fan spend on the races in one week? Something's got to give somewhere.

I guess these tracks need "Athletic Directors" like school districts, to get their schedules lined up. Do any of them communicate with each other about racing dates? Sometimes I think NOT!
 
The date for the MS Race is a tentative date, however this race is generally held about the same time every year ...
