Cleveland, TN (5/9/12) --- Despite losing for the first time in 6-races Maryville, Tennessee's Jason Welshan leads week #2 in the 2012 Full Throttle Cleveland Speedway Track Championship points standings (presented by Budweiser) for the LLM/Crate division. Saturday night's winner Brian Pritchard gained the most in the division after a disasterous week #1 which saw the BiG ReD MaCHiNE crash with Jimmy Elliott and Jerry Coffman. Former track champion Lil' John Ownbey kept up his series of Top-5 runs, but has yet to crack into the KC Graphics/Race Engine Design Victory Lane. Making alot of noise also in week #2 is leading rookie contender Booger Brooks who raced to a Top-3 finish behind Pritchard and Welshan. Booger's teammate James Gamble has a stout pair of Top-5 runs in the first, two weeks of points and last years SHOCKER Andy Pickelsimer rounds out the Top-5 in the standings. This weekends (5/12) LLM/Crate Special $1,200 to-WIN 30 lapper holds Double Points for the field as the Southern All-Star series invades for the annual Tennessee Memorial race. Johnny Hughes and his pair of third place finishes in the first, two weeks of points leads the A-Hobby division. Jordan Rodabaugh and week #1 winner Richard Dixon are behind Hughes in the points with Len McNeese and Doyle Herron in-tow. Adam Resigh took command of the FWD division with his Double Points runner-up finish to Derrick Forgey's $300 win in the KiD's CoiN DRoP 20 last Saturday. Week #1 winner Daniel Burnette is second in the standings followed by Tommy Rains, Forgey and Hickman, whom sponsored last weekends FWD special. Steven Campbell leads the Pony division, while Lee Harbin tops the Hobby division. For a full list of points standings visit the tracks web-site online at www.clevelandspeedway.com
